Privacy policy
We keep what's needed to run the service and nothing more. Here's what that is.
This website
indexforge.help is a static site. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising scripts and loads no third-party trackers. Our web server may keep standard access logs (IP address, time, requested page, browser) for security and troubleshooting.
The bot and the API
To run your account, we store:
- your Telegram user ID, first name and username, as Telegram provides them;
- your interface language;
- when you joined and when you last used the bot;
- who invited you, if you came through a referral link;
- your credit balance and history: top-ups, charges and refunds;
- payment details needed to match a transfer: amount, network and transaction data;
- the links you send and the results of their checks and submission;
- your API key, if you created one;
- messages you send to support.
What we use it for
Running the service: checking and submitting your links, keeping your balance correct, crediting payments, paying referral rewards, answering support requests and preventing abuse. We don't sell your data and don't use it for advertising.
Who else sees it
Links you submit are, by the nature of the service, fetched from your site and sent onward for indexing. Payments happen on public blockchains, which are visible to anyone. Telegram processes your messages under its own privacy policy. Apart from that, we share data only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
As long as your account is active and for as long as needed afterwards to keep payment records accurate and resolve disputes.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you or ask us to delete it. Write to support in the bot (💬 Support). Deleting your data closes the account, and any remaining credits are lost.

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date below.
