Where to start
A specific status in Search Console? Read the guide for it: Crawled – currently not indexed means Google saw the page and passed on it, Discovered – currently not indexed means it hasn't fetched the page yet. The fixes are different.
No idea why a page is missing? Go through the not-indexed checklist from top to bottom. It's ordered from the causes that block indexing outright to the ones that only make it less likely.
Publishing a lot of new pages? Start with how to get pages indexed faster, then check each URL is actually indexable before you push it anywhere.
